Browse the collection, open any villa, and choose either a quick booking request or the full concierge booking wizard. The wizard lets you select dates, guests, concierge extras and a payment method, then confirms instantly with a booking reference and confirmation email.

What is included in the nightly rate?

Your nightly rate covers the villa, standard amenities, and our concierge support throughout your stay. Cleaning fees, tourism levy and VAT are shown transparently in your booking summary before you pay.

Do I pay a deposit or the full amount?

Accepted Answer

You can choose. Pay in full at the time of booking, or secure your stay with a 30% deposit and settle the balance before arrival. Both options are clearly presented in the payment step.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards via Stripe, as well as Paystack, Yoco and direct bank transfer — all secured and processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by villa and are shown on each property. Policies range from Flexible (full refund up to a few days before) to Strict. Your selected villa's policy is confirmed before you pay.

Can I add concierge services to my stay?

Absolutely. Airport transfers, private chefs, wine tours, car hire, grocery delivery and spa services can be added during booking or requested anytime from the Concierge page.

Yes. Every property in our collection is personally inspected by our team to meet exacting standards of luxury, safety and comfort before it is listed.

How do reviews work?

After a completed stay, guests can leave a verified review with a star rating and photos. Verified guests display a badge so future travellers know the review comes from a real stay.

Do you offer long-stay discounts?

Yes. Stays of 7 nights or more automatically qualify for long-stay pricing, and seasonal or promotional rates are applied where applicable — all reflected in your booking summary.
