We share booking details with property owners and hosts strictly to fulfil your reservation, and with payment providers (Stripe, Paystack, Yoco) to process payments securely.

We never sell your personal data. We only share information where necessary to deliver the service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.

We apply role-based access controls, encrypted payment processing and idempotent transaction handling. Access to guest records is limited to authorised staff and the property host.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw marketing consent and unsubscribe from communications.
